Shipping Policy

Processing and Delivery Times

  • All in-stock items are shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
  • If there are issues with availability or delivery delays, a Commekids customer service representative will contact you via phone or email within 48 hours of placing your order.
  • For out-of-stock items, delivery will take a minimum of 5 to 6 weeks from the order date. Our logistics team will confirm the delivery schedule with you in advance, and delivery will only occur when someone is present at the designated address to receive the order.

Warehouse Pickup

  • Online order pickups are available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays:
    • Tuesdays and Thursdays: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Actual delivery times may vary depending on product size and road conditions.

Delivery and Assembly Fees

  • A flat delivery fee of $70 applies within the Greater Vancouver area.
  • Installation is included in the delivery fee until the assembly guide is finalized. Afterward, installation services are available for an additional $80.
